Standards Manual Rough Draft

Okay...understand that this is VERY ROUGH. I'm currently working on it a lot more because I am finished with my Business Application (which will be posted shortly).

One thing to note: as I've gone through your biz system, I noticed that the address information for Kiddypool needs more typographic attention. If you haven't already changed this, take another look and see how you can adjust the leading and adjust alignment to get it more unified and complete as a text block.
